2. Deposit & Withdraw

Click your address in the upper right corner and then click [Deposit to JOJO] button.

You can either manually enter the amount you want to deposit to JOJO or pull the slider for the amount you like.

Alternatively, you can choose the token of your deposit, and when everything is ready, click the [Deposit] button to fund your JOJO account.

JOJO is a USDⓈ-Margined Future, meaning our contracts are denominated and settled in USDC. A universal settlement currency, like USDC, also provides more flexibility. You can use the same settlement currency across various futures contracts.

Crosschain Deposit

A crosschain deposit happens when tokens are transferred from one blockchain of a cryptocurrency to another blockchain (for instance, sending USDC from Ethereum to Arbitrum address). At JOJO, we can support crosschain deposit (powered by LI.FI) within the platform.

Step 1: Click [USDC] in the deposit bar

Step 2: Choose any non Abirtrum One token (Currently we can support ETH, USDC, USDT, BUSD, DAI on Ethereum, Optimism, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche, Polygon in the crosschain deposit and more to come). We will use USDC on Ethereum for example.

Step 3: Enter your amount to deposit, then click on [Switch to Ethereum]. Please note that you will need to have some gas fee to do the crosschain deposit.

Step 4: Approve USDC

Step 5: After approving USDC, clicking on [Bridge and Deposit] to proceed.

After 5-10 minutes you will be able to receive the USDC from Ethereum to your JOJO Arbitrum One account! You will be able to see the records on [Transaction] section.

Click the [Withdraw] button on the right side.

You can either manually enter the amount you want to withdraw from JOJO or pull the slider for the amount you like. Then, click [Request Withdraw] button.

After confirming the withdraw, you will see a [Withdrawal Successful] notice and it means that your funds are sent to your wallet address successfully!

3. Trade on JOJO

If you have done all the above steps, you are now ready to trade on JOJO now!

Opening your position

If you are bullish on the market, you should buy/long.

If you are bearish on the market, you should sell/short.

In the [Trade] page, you can choose to place a [Market Order] or a [Limit Order].

We take the [Market Order] as an example here.

A Market Order will be executed at the current market price as soon as possible after the user places the order.

You can manually input the amount you want to trade or pull the slider for your preferred ratio. Then click [Buy / Long] to place your order.

Meanwhile, you can see some important information about the [Market Order].

Those information will change depending on the USDC amount of orders you place, the current market price, and the amount of margin left in your account after placing an order.

[Buy/Sell Amount]: Total amount of tokens buy/sell at the market price.

[Buy/Sell Cost]: Total price of tokens buy/sell at the market price, calculated in USDC.

[Liq. Price of Buy/Sell]: Settlement price of the buy/sell order.

[Leverage change of Buy/Sell]: Leverage change for the buy/sell order.

[Buy/Sell fee Maker/Taker]: Maker/taker fees for the buy/sell order.

4. Check your position status

After you place an order and the order has been settled, your position will appear in the lower-left corner of the trading page.

Once the order is placed, the JOJO system will display the [Order successfully] prompt in the upper-right corner.

When the price rises, a long position will generate profits, with a positive PnL. You can choose to continue holding the position to seek greater profits or click [Close] to lock in your profits.

If you choose to continue holding your current position, a safer approach is to set a TP/SL (Take-profit/Stop-loss) order.
